None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to administer, implement, or enforce— the final rule entitled Adverse Effect Wage Rate Methodology for the Temporary Employment of H-2A Nonimmigrants in Non-Range Occupations in the United States , (88 Fed. Reg. 12760 (effective March 30, 2023)); 20 CFR 655.131(b) (relating to joint employer requirements); or the final rule entitled Improving Protections for Workers in Temporary Agricultural Employment in the United States , (89 Fed. Reg. 33898 (effective June 28, 2024)).
