The Office of Law Revision Counsel shall— reclassify sections 211a through 214a, 217a, and 218 of title 22, United States Code, as sections 244 through 254 of title 22, United States Code; utilize sections 191 through 221 of title 22, United States Code, to classify the sections of this title; and maintain the legislative history, under editorial notes, of repealed and reclassified law which previously occupied the corresponding sections of United States Code.
