The Secretary shall establish a Bureau of Asset Management, which shall perform such functions related to management of real property and assets of the Department, and foreign missions within the United States, as the Under Secretary for Management may prescribe. The Assistant Secretary for Asset Management shall be the head of the Bureau of Asset Management. In the Bureau of Asset Management there may be three directorates to administer the following duties: Overseas Building Operations. Office of Foreign Missions. Office of Domestic Operations and Emergency Services.
