Subchapter III of chapter 311 of title 49, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following: Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the Secretary shall ensure that each State enforces sections 3 and 4 of Executive Order 14286 (relating to Enforcing Commonsense Rules of the Road for America's Truck Drivers (signed on April 28, 2025)) on each commercial motor vehicle that enters a weigh station. .
