Section 8 of the Miccosukee Reserved Area Act ( 16 U.S.C. 410 note; Public Law 105–313 ) is amended by adding at the end the following: Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this subsection, the Secretary, in consultation with the Tribe, shall take appropriate actions to protect structures within the area described in section 4(4)(C) from flooding. .
