Section 305(a)(3) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3) ) is amended by striking subparagraph (D). Each revised Federal building energy efficiency performance standard established under section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D) ) (as in effect on the day before the date of enactment of this Act) shall have no force or effect, and section 305(a)(3) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3) ) shall be implemented as though each such standard had never taken effect.
Section 433 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( Public Law 110–140 ) is amended by striking subsection (a). Section 436 of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17092 ) is amended— in subsection (c)— by striking paragraph (1); and in paragraph (6), by striking and section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( ; 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D) ) in subsection (e), by striking in accordance with the requirements of section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( ; 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D) ), in subsection (f)— in paragraph (1)— in the matter preceding subparagraph (A), by striking , the requirements of section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( ; and 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D) ), in subparagraph (A), by striking and the requirements of section 305(a)(3)(D) of that Act ; and by striking paragraph (2); and by striking subsection (h).
Section 437(a)(1) of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 ( 42 U.S.C. 17093(a)(1) ) is amended by striking , section 305(a)(3)(D) of the Energy Conservation and Production Act ( . 42 U.S.C. 6834(a)(3)(D) ),
