Section 2(b) of the United States Grain Standards Act ( 7 U.S.C. 74(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (2), by striking and at the end; in paragraph (3)(F), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: that the Secretary shall prioritize the adoption of improved grain grading technology to provide for efficient, accurate, and consistent grading of grain. .
