Section 225(c)(2)(A)(ii) of the Water Resources Development Act of 1992 ( 33 U.S.C. 2328(c)(2)(A)(ii) ) is amended by striking at recreation site at which the fee is collected and inserting at any recreation site or facility that is located at the civil works project at which the fee is collected .
