Adoption of, agreement to, compliance with, or enforcement of any rule, regulation, requirement, standard, or other provision established pursuant to, or in compliance with, section 6 of this Act shall be treated as lawful under the antitrust laws and any similar State provision having the force and effect of law. Nothing in subsection
(a)may be construed to limit or otherwise affect any provision of law, including any provision of Federal or State law or the common law, other than the antitrust laws and any similar State provision having the force and effect of law.
