Section 9705 of title 31, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), in the matter preceding paragraph
(1)by striking the Department of the Treasury or the United States Coast Guard and inserting a Department of the Treasury law enforcement organization ; in subsection (a)(2)(B)— in clause
(iv)by striking and at the end; in clause
(v)by inserting and after the semicolon; and by adding at the end the following: the United States Coast Guard with respect to any law of the United States which the Coast Guard is authorized to enforce, assist in the enforcement of, or administer pursuant to section 102, 522, or 525 of title 14; ; in subsection (a)(2)(H) by striking the Department of the Treasury and inserting a Department of the Treasury law enforcement organization ; in subsection (d)(2) by striking or the United States Coast Guard each place it appears; in subsection (f)(1)(A)(ii) by striking or the United States Coast Guard ; in subsection (h)(1) by striking the Department of the Treasury and inserting a Department of the Treasury law enforcement organization ; in subsection (j)(1) by striking the Department of the Treasury or the United States Coast Guard and inserting a Department of the Treasury law enforcement organization ; in subsection
