Section 1834(m)(4)(C) of the Social Security Act ( 42 U.S.C. 1395m(m)(4)(C) ) is amended— in clause (i), in the matter preceding subclause (I), by striking clause

(iii)and inserting clauses

(iii)and

(iv); and by adding at the end the following new clause: The geographic requirements described in clause

(i)shall not apply with respect to telehealth services furnished on or after October 1, 2025. .
