Within 120 days of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, acting through the Commissioner of Food and Drugs, shall develop a plan, in consultation with the Department of State and the governments of Abraham Accords countries, to consider the location, duties, and personnel necessary to carry out the functions of an Abraham Accords Bureau within the Food and Drug Administration.
