None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce any rule that would reduce the maximum monthly allowance with respect to milk under section 246.10 of title 7, Code of Federal Regulations (as in effect on April 1, 2023), including the rule entitled “Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC): Revisions to the WIC Food Packages” published by the Department of Agriculture in the Federal Register on April 18, 2024 (89 Fed. Reg. 28488).
