The last proviso in the second paragraph under the heading Rural Community Facilities Program Account in division B of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2024 ( Public Law 118–42 ) shall be amended to read as follows: . That in addition to any other available funds, the Secretary may expend not more than $1,000,000 total, from the program funds made available under this heading, for administrative expenses for activities funded under this heading and in section 778(1).
