Sec. 270. Report on review and implementation of staffing models at Department of Veterans Affairs

In this section, the term appropriate committees of Congress means— the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the Senate; and the Committee on Appropriations and the Committee on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives. Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Veterans Affairs shall submit to the appropriate committees of Congress a report on the efforts of the Secretary to review and implement staffing models at the Department of Veterans Affairs that will ensure timely, high quality delivery of health care, benefits, and other services furnished by the Department.
Such report shall describe the methodology and review process the Secretary is using to create the staffing models for the Department.
