Section 402(l)(3)(A) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1342(l)(3)(A) ) is amended— by striking for a discharge from and inserting the following: for— a discharge from ; in clause
(i)(as so designated), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; or ; and by adding at the end the following: a discharge resulting from the aerial application of a product used for fire control and suppression purposes that appears on the most current Forest Service Qualified Products List (or any successor list). .
