Section 304(b) of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act ( 33 U.S.C. 1314(b) ) is amended— in paragraph (1)(B), by inserting the commercial availability in the United States of the technology (including whether the technology has been demonstrated at an applicable scale), before and such other factors ; in paragraph (2)(B), by inserting the commercial availability in the United States of the technology (including whether the technology has been demonstrated at an applicable scale), before and such other factors ; and in paragraph (4)(B), by inserting the commercial availability in the United States of the technology (including whether the technology has been demonstrated at an applicable scale), before and such other factors .
