Section 835(c) of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ) is amended to read as follows: In this section, the term major defense acquisition program has the meaning given in section 4201 of title 10, United States Code, except that such term includes any program that meets the meaning given in such section as in effect on January 1, 2025. .
