Section 4021 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new subsection: With respect to each use of the authority under this section, the Secretary of Defense shall ensure that such use— is reported in the same manner as other similar expenditures of the Department of Defense; and is included in the searchable website established under the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006 ( Public Law 109–282 ; 31 U.S.C. 6101 note). .
