Subsection (l)(1)(A) of section 701 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking the death of an immediate family member. and inserting an em dash; and by adding at the end the following new clauses: the death of an immediate family member; or the loss of a pregnancy or a stillbirth by such member or the spouse of such member. .
