Sec. 566. Female members of certain Armed Forces and civilian employees of the Department of Defense in STEM

Not later than September 30, 2025, the Secretary of Defense shall submit to the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives a report containing the results of a study on how to— increase participation of covered individuals in positions in the covered Armed Forces or Department of Defense and related to STEM; and change Skillbridge to help covered individuals eligible for Skillbridge find civilian employment in positions related to STEM. In this section:
The term covered Armed Force means the Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, or Space Force. The term covered individual means a female— member of a covered Armed Force; or civilian employee of the Department of Defense. The term Skillbridge means an employment skills training program under section 1143(e) of title 10, United States Code. The term STEM means science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.
