Chapter 101 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by inserting after section 2009 the following new section: The Secretary concerned shall ensure that training provided to a member of the armed forces with respect to an occupational specialty in the armed forces for which there is a similar civilian occupation includes all training and appropriate certifications that will allow such member to enter such civilian occupation following separation from the armed forces without the need to satisfy any additional training or certification requirements. .
