Subsection
(d)of section 1323 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 ( Public Law 118–159 ) is amended— by striking Of the amounts and inserting the following: Of the amounts ; and by adding at the end the following: Of the amounts authorized to be appropriated for fiscal year 2026 for the Department of Defense, not more than $1,000,000,000 may be made available for the purposes of subsection (a). .
