Section 1243 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2024 ( Public Law 118–31 ; 137 Stat. 460) is amended— in subsection (a)— in paragraph (1), by striking and at the end; by redesignating paragraph
(2)as paragraph (3); and by inserting after paragraph
(1)the following: all allied contributions to Jumpstart Foreign Military Sales cases or any similar initiatives; and ; and in subsection (c), by striking “January 1, 2025” and inserting “January 1, 2027”.
