Not later than 90 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Administrator of the Small Business Administration and the Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service, shall submit to the Committees on Ways and Means and on Small Business of the House of Representatives a report identifying each Federal resource and each business or personal tax credit or deduction that may be available to a small business concern (as defined under section 3 of the Small Business Act ( 15 U.S.C. 632 )) for the costs of a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification assessment described in part 170 of title 32, Code of Federal Regulations.
Not later than 30 days after the Secretary of Defense submits the report required by subsection (a), the Secretary shall make publicly available on a website of the Department of Defense a list of the Federal resources and business and personal tax credits and deductions identified in such report, including a description of each such Federal resource and business or personal tax credit or deduction. In this section, the term Federal resource means a program or activity of the Federal Government under which Federal funds are made available or awarded, including Federal loans, grants, and other Federal awards and assistance.
