Section 4872(h)(1) of title 10, United States Code, as redesignated and amended by this Act, is further amended— in subparagraph (D), by striking and at the end; in subparagraph (E), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following new subparagraph: molybdenum. . The amendments made by subsection
(a)shall apply only with respect to contracts and other agreements entered into after the date of the enactment of this Act.
