Section 4862 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (a), by striking subsections
(c)through
(h)and inserting subsections
(c)through
(g); and by amending subsection
(h)to read as follows: The Secretary of Defense shall establish a committee to— provide oversight of the implementation of the requirements of this section; and ensure compliance with the requirements of this section. .
