Sec. 764. Plan and report by Defense Health Agency relating to chiropractic clinics at military installations

The Director of the Defense Health Agency shall develop a plan to— reopen any clinic at a military installation if, before the date of the enactment of this Act, such clinic— offered chiropractic services; and was closed; and pay chiropractors stationed at military installations under the General Schedule. Not later than March 31, 2026, the Director of the Defense Health Agency shall submit to the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate a report on the plan developed under subsection (a).
