Section 1094(e) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)(A), by striking ; and and inserting , or the official agency of the government of a partner country; and ; and by inserting at the end the following: The term partner country means any of the following: Australia. Canada. New Zealand. United Kingdom. Any other country designated as a partner country by the Secretary of Defense for the purposes of this section. .
