Section 603(b) of the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2023 (Public law 117–263) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting and the period specified in paragraph
(6)after paragraph
(5); and by adding at the end the following: The period specified in this paragraph is the period— beginning on the date of the enactment of this paragraph; and ending on December 31, 2026. .
