Section 4203 of the Atomic Energy Defense Act ( 50 U.S.C. 2523 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking paragraph (1); by redesignating paragraphs
(2)and
(3)as paragraphs
(1)and (2), respectively, and adjusting the margins accordingly; and in paragraph (1), as so redesignated— by striking subsection
(d)and inserting subsection
(c); by striking March 15 of each odd-numbered year and inserting 45 days after each date on which a budget for an odd-numbered fiscal year is submitted to Congress ; and in paragraph (2), as so redesignated, by striking summaries and reports and inserting report ; by striking subsection (c); by redesignating subsections
