Section 3041 of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (c)(1)— in subparagraph (A), by striking $115,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1990 constant dollars) and inserting $275,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking $540,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1990 constant dollars) and inserting $1,300,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) ; and in subsection (d)(1), by striking $750,000 (based on fiscal year 1980 constant dollars) and inserting $2,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) .
Section 109 of title 41, United States Code, is amended— in subsection (b)(1)— by striking $75,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1980 constant dollars) and inserting $275,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) ; and by striking $300,000,000 (based on fiscal year 1980 constant dollars) and inserting $1,300,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 constant dollars) ; and in subsection (b)(2), by striking $750,000 (based on fiscal year 1980 constant dollars) and inserting $2,000,000 (based on fiscal year 2024 dollars) .
Section 3204(e)(1) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— by striking $10,000,000 each place it appears and inserting $100,000,000 ; by striking $75,000,000 each place it appears and inserting $500,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (B)(i), by striking $500,000 and inserting $10,000,000 . Section 3205(a)(2) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 . Section 1901(a)(2) of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking $5,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 .
Section 3571(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: For purposes of acquisitions by agencies named in section 3063 of this title, in the case of any contract to be awarded and performed, or purchase to be made, in support of a contingency operation or a humanitarian or peacekeeping operation, the simplified acquisition threshold means an amount equal to two times the amount specified for that term in subsection (a). . Section 134 of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking $250,000 and inserting $500,000 .
Section 3573 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by striking $10,000 and inserting $25,000 . Section 1902(a)(1) of title 41, United States Code, is amended by striking $10,000 and inserting $25,000 . Section 3702(a) of title 10, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (1)— by striking 2018 each place it appears and inserting 2026 ; in subparagraph (A), by striking $2,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (B), by striking $750,000 and inserting $2,000,000 ; in paragraph (2), by striking $2,000,000 and inserting $10,000,000 ; and in subparagraph (3)(A), by striking chapter and the price of the subcontract is expected to exceed $2,000,000 and inserting the following: chapter and— in the case of a prime contract entered into after June 30, 2026, the price of the subcontract is expected to exceed $10,000,000; or in the case of a prime contract entered into on or before June 30, 2026, the price of the subcontract is expected to exceed $2,000,000. .
