Sec. 1644. Funding for sea-based launch for missile defense targets

Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 201 for research, development, test, and evaluation, Defense-wide, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4201, Advanced Component Development and Prototypes, line 098, Ballistic Missile Defense Targets, is hereby increased by $10,000,000 (with the amount of such increase to be made available for sea-based launch for missile defense targets).
Notwithstanding the amounts set forth in the funding tables in division D, the amount authorized to be appropriated in section 301 for Operations and Maintenance, Army, Other Service Support, line 470, as specified in the corresponding funding table in section 4301, is hereby reduced by $10,000,000.
