Section 1045 of the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018 ( Public Law 115–91 ; 10 U.S.C. note prec. 971) is amended— in subsection (a)(1), by striking two-year and inserting five-year ; and in subsection (b)(1), by striking one-year and inserting three-year .
