Section 15 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ( 15 U.S.C. 78o ) is amended by adding at the end the following: A registered broker or registered dealer shall be permitted to maintain a registration with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission as a digital commodity broker or digital commodity dealer, to list or trade contracts of sale for digital commodities. .
