Section 1241 of the Food Security Act of 1985 ( 16 U.S.C. 3841 ) is amended— in subsection (a)— in the matter preceding paragraph (1), by inserting and for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 with respect to paragraph (5), after 2031, ; and by adding at the end the following: The forest conservation easement program established under subtitle I, using $100,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030. ; and in subsection (b), by inserting , and each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030 with respect to paragraph
(5)of that subsection, after 2031 .
