Section 4 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ( 15 U.S.C. 78d ) is amended by adding at the end the following: The Commission shall ensure that, within each of the Division of Corporation Finance, the Division of Investment Management, and the Division of Trading and Markets, an Office of Small Business is established that shall coordinate with the Office of the Advocate for Small Business Capital Formation on rules and policy priorities related to capital formation. This subsection may not be construed to authorize expenditures for additional full-time equivalent employees. .
