Section 539A of the Servicemember Quality of Life Improvement and National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2025 ( Public Law 118–159 ), is amended— in subsection (a), by striking the heads of such other Federal agencies as the Secretary determines appropriate and inserting the Maritime Security Board ; and by amending subsection
(f)to read as follows: There are authorized to be appropriated out of the Maritime Security Trust Fund, established under section 50301(b) of title 46, United States Code, to the Secretary of the Navy, for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2028, $15,000,000 to carry out this section. There are authorized to be appropriated out of the Maritime Security Trust Fund, established under section 50301(b) of title 46, United States Code, to the Secretary of the Navy, for each of fiscal year 2029 through 2034, $25,000,000 to carry out this section. .
