Section 70102(b) of title 49, United States Code, is amended— in paragraph (16), by striking and after the semicolon; in paragraph (17), by striking the period at the end and inserting ; and ; and by adding at the end the following: consideration of United States strategic sealift objectives and strategies established under section 59101 of title 46; and consideration of maritime networks in multimodal freight corridors. .
