Section 1412(c) of the Better Utilization of Investments Leading to Development Act of 2018 ( 22 U.S.C. 9612(c) ) is amended— in paragraph (1), by inserting in Ukraine and after the provision of support under title II ; and in paragraph (2)— by striking The Corporation and inserting the following: The Corporation ; by striking
(A)the President and inserting the following: the President ; by striking
(B)such support and inserting the following: such support ; and by adding at the end the following: The provisions of subparagraph
(A)shall not apply with respect to Ukraine. .
