In this subtitle: The term Administrator means the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. The term CAFE standards means the Corporate Average Fuel Economy standards required under section 32902(a) of title 49, United States Code. The term greenhouse gas emissions means emissions of carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, and other gases that contribute to climate change. The term Secretary means the Secretary of Transportation.
