Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Attorney General shall submit to Congress and publish on the website of the Department of Justice a written report on the implementation of this Act and the amendments made by this Act, including any steps needed to complete the implementation, which shall identify any additional resources that are required to— conduct regular inspections under chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code; and ensure that this Act and the amendments made by this Act are enforced against noncompliant federally licensed firearms dealers in a timely manner.
