Not later than 90 days after the enactment of this Act, and every 180 days thereafter, the Secretary of the Treasury shall, in consultation with the Secretary of State, determine whether any Iranian financial institution to which the applicable sanctions under Executive Order 13902 have not already been applied qualifies for such sanctions. Should the Secretary of the Treasury determine that any institution qualifies for the applicable sanctions in Executive Order 13902, then the Secretary shall impose the applicable sanctions described in the order on the qualifying institution.
