Not later than 15 days after making a covered determination, and every 90 days thereafter, the President shall impose sanctions pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act ( 50 U.S.C. 1701 et seq. ) with respect to— any global financial communications services provider that does not terminate the provision of financial communications services to, and the enabling and facilitation of access to such services for, any financial institution subject to sanctions under section 6 or any other provision of this Act; and the directors of, officers of, and shareholders with a interest in, the provider.
