In this Act, the term appropriate congressional committee means— the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Affairs, and the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives; and the Committee on Armed Services, the Committee on Foreign Relations, and the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate.
