Not later than one year after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretary of State, shall submit to the appropriate congressional committees a strategy on enhanced counterterrorism cooperation with Israel, Greece, and the Republic of Cyprus. The report required under subsection
(a)shall be submitted in unclassified form, but may contain a classified annex.
