No sums may be expended after October 1, 2036, to carry out the following functions: Grants under part A of title I the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6311 et seq. ). Each program under part D of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 ( 20 U.S.C. 6421 et seq. ).
