Section 1114 of title 18, United States Code, is amended— by redesignating subsection
(b)as subsection (c); and by inserting after subsection
(a)the following: The sentence of a person convicted of an offense under subsection
(a)may be increased by up to 10 years if such offense was committed knowingly at the direction of or in coordination with a foreign government or an agent of a foreign government. .
