Section 2601(d)(6) of Public Law 111–11 (123 Stat. 1113) is amended to read as follows: Not later than 2 years after the date of the enactment of the Northern Nevada Economic Development and Conservation Act of 2025, if there is a qualified bidder(s) for the land described in subparagraphs
(A)and
(B)of paragraph (2), the Secretary of the Interior shall offer the land for sale to the highest qualified bidder. .
