Section 3104 of the Energy Act of 2020 ( 43 U.S.C. 3004 ) is amended— in subsection (b)— by striking 25 and inserting 60 ; and by striking 2025 and inserting December 31, 2030 ; and by adding at the end the following: Not later than 18 months after the date of enactment of this subsection, the Secretary, in consultation with the Secretary of Agriculture and the heads of other relevant Federal agencies, shall update the national goals for renewable energy production on Federal land established under subsection (a). .
